Algunos de los cultivos más importantes de la humanidad se originaron en América Latina, como el maíz y la yuca, las patatas y los frijoles, los tomates y los chiles. Todos estos – y muchos otros oriundos de la región – son ingredientes básicos en las cocinas latinoamericanas, pero la gastronomía es diversa en el continente, como lo son sus cultivos. Dentro de la campaña #CropsInColor, el fotógrafo Juan Arredondo viaja por Latinoamérica y descubre la belleza de su agro-biodiversidad.
