Related Projects
NMBU Seed System Lab is a knowledge partner of the Crop Trust in BOLD, leading work on genebanks and seed systems and some activities in BOLDER. The lab is a multidisciplinary research group focused on themes related to crop diversity, seed system development, and seed security. It researches seed systems across various geographic scales, from local to national and global levels. Its research covers the different functions of seed systems, including conservation, development, and evolution of varieties, as well as seed production and dissemination.
