The Crop Trust Partners’ Reporting Tool (PRT) training course is designed specifically for partner organizations working with the Crop Trust.
PRT is the standard online platform through which all partners must submit essential documentation—including technical reports, financial reports, risk assessments, and any other required project deliverables—as part of the ongoing partnership.
This course is focused, self-paced, and practical, addressing the most common difficulties encountered by partners. It will guide you through all the critical steps, including logging into PRT, navigating the dashboard, downloading and uploading templates, understanding report statuses, and troubleshooting common problems. The content is organized into a series of clear modules, each with visual walkthroughs and simple instructions tailored to partner needs.
Throughout your partnership, you will rely on PRT not only for reporting but also for accessing templates, communicating with Crop Trust staff, and tracking the progress and approval of your reports. Completing this course will empower you to use the PRT effectively and ensure ongoing compliance and success as a Crop Trust partner.
