First Stakeholder Meeting in Bonn to drive innovative solutions for hunger and food security.
On May 12 and 13 in Bonn, Germany, the Global Flagship Initiative will unite partners from across the globe to identify high-impact projects that tackle hunger – especially in Sub-Saharan Africa – and rapidly mobilize funding for effective action. The Flagship Initiative Secretariat is hosted by the Crop Trust, an international organization that works to ensure food security bysupporting the conservation and use of crop diversity.
The Global Flagship Initiative is a five-year collaborative effort that serves as a unified platform to accelerate and scale up innovations to enhance food security. By leveraging innovation and strengthening international cooperation, the Initiative is committed to delivering lasting, transformative impact on food systems across Africa and beyond.
