
This policy sets out how external stakeholders can raise concerns or grievances related to Crop Trust-funded projects or activities. It explains the process for addressing issues linked to the Crop Trust’s own operations or those of its partners, with the aim of resolving concerns fairly and promptly, preventing harm and reinforcing trust in the Crop Trust’s social, ethical and environmental commitments.
