Project Description

The goal of the project is to contribute to the building of a metedata-based catalogue of the accessions-related phenotypic datasets on Genesys through building in-house capacities and processes to publish genebank datasets on Genesys. At least 2 pilot phenotypic datasets from crops wheat and barely will be used, represneting approximately 5300 accessions.
