- Project Description
- This project with ICARDA evaluated 1128 accessions of Lathyrus sativus and 142 Lathyrus cicercia for B-ODAP neurotoxin content and 109 accessions were evaluated for the effect of environmental conditions on ODAP content. During the project, 13 accessions were found to have low ODAP and IG content and 6 lines were found to have high yield and low ODAP. The accessions were chosen to represent a broad spectrum of eco-geographic zones.
