Project Description

The Institut National Agronomique of Tunisia, in collaboration with ICARDA, evaluated 26 durum wheat accessions for tolerance to salt, resistance to Septoria, resistance to Fusarium, resistance to leaf rust, and nitrogen content of the straw. The project identified 7 accessions and 1 accession of durum wheat for tolerance to salinity and resistance to septoria respectively.
