- Identifying CWR gaps for 80 genepools conserved ex situ
- Project Description
- This project identified CWR gaps for 80 genepools of priority crops conserved ex situ. This was done through various methods, including contacting genebank and herbaria directors and data managers and downloading available online data to determine which crops were represented and to what extent. Information was obtained through literature searches. The ecogeographic datasets that were developed through this project were made available online.
