Project Description

In response to farmers’ demands of cossette varieties resistant to drought and with good storage qualities, the Laboratoire d’Agrobiodiversité et Amélioration des Plantes Tropicales (LAPPT) of the Université d’Abomey-Calavi (UAC) has carried out the multiplication and distribution of cossette varieties to 600 farmers located in 30 villages of the northwest of Benin.
