- This project supported the regeneration of 636 accessions of chickpea, 40 accessions of grass pea, 400 accessions of lentil, and 1500 accessions of rice. The project revealed a need to involve various stakeholders among chickpea growing countries to investigate iron chlorosis and the development of chickpea blight.
