- Project Description
- This project oversaw the regeneration of 257 accessions of sorghum in Uzbekistan. The plants were characterized and documented on morphological, biological, and economic-value traits in field and laboratory conditions. The work of this project has made the preservation of a considerable collection of genetic material possible. Articles in local scientific journals and sorghum catalogues were published upon the completion of the project.
