Regeneration of Vigna subgenus Ceratotropis Collections in Thailand

Project Description

This project regenerated and evaluated 750 accessions of cowpea and other vigna. These accessions include some that were imported from outside of Thailand, some stored as orthodox seeds in the Thailand genebank, and some threatened wild relatives found in situ in areas at risk of development/highway expansion, slash-and-burn agriculture, and national disaster.
