Project Description

This project supported a training and research workshop for selected COGENT members. Training was given on the ACIAR-published procedure for embryo culture. Embryo harvest and culture protocol were developed specifically for use in field-collecting, and a mechanism and implementation plan for the duplication of selected coconut accessions was agreed upon.
