Validation of a coconut embryo culture protocol

Project Description

The aim of this project was to optimize, validate, and apply the embryo culture protocol for wide application under a variety of genotypes and conditions. Shipping was compared to hand-carrying embryos, technical guidelines were produced, and 11 threatened accessions were duplicated and transferred using the newly validated protocol.
