Project Description

This project with Instituto Nacional de Investigacao Agraria (INRB), allowed Portugal to evaluate 93 accessions of wheat for tolerance to heat, tolerance to drought and general agronomic performance. The project identified 18 and 13 accessions as potential sources of genes for tolerance to drought and tolerance to heat respectively.
