Empowering young people in their effort to conserve crop diversity today to meet the challenges they – and the whole world – will face tomorrow. 

Our Future Leaders in Crop Diversity Program aims to inspire the next generation, while building their skills. We want to cultivate and grow leaders in conservation and use of the plant genetic resources vital for the future of food. The Program’s immersive experiences raise awareness of the urgent need to protect crop diversity, and deepen aspiring scientists’ knowledge and hands-on expertise in this field. We strive to give young professionals a front-row seat to real-world conservation efforts.
