Bailey Cate is a Senior Associate for Resource Mobilization and Partnerships at the Crop Trust where she supports donor engagement and cultivates strategic partnerships to advance global crop diversity conservation. Prior to joining the Crop Trust in 2020, Bailey gained experience across the nonprofit, government and public sectors in the US, with a focus on environmental advocacy, fundraising and program coordination. She holds a BA in Environmental Studies from Rhodes College and is pursuing an MSc in Global Food Security and Nutrition from the University of Edinburgh.
