Edwin is an Environmental Engineer by profession and expert in environmental protection and agricultural food production by conviction. He devotes his life to safeguarding agriculture, reconnecting with the forgotten wisdom of the past and having smallholder farmers of the world as his constant source of inspiration. When he is not developing projects at the Crop Trust to foster the global agrifood system and promote agricultural diversity, you will find him climbing, cooking vegan dishes, reading minimum 50 books per year, exploring as many corners of our planet Earth as possible, or connecting with people and nature beyond any spoken language.
