Isa Sadigov supports the External Affairs Team at the Crop Trust, contributing to partnership development, external communications, finance, and administrative work.

Before joining the Crop Trust, Isa worked with AFC Agriculture and Finance Consultants, where he assisted the Finance and Contract Manager and was involved in drafting project proposals and promoting strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. Prior to that, he worked with the International Committee of the Red Cross in Azerbaijan, where he designed and implemented agricultural projects aimed at improving the economic situation and livelihoods of vulnerable rural populations affected by conflict.

Isa brings strong skills in data analysis, project monitoring, and stakeholder engagement. He has a solid academic background in environmental science and research, holding an MSc in Agricultural Sciences and Resource Management from the University of Bonn.
