Mohammad works in project financial management at the Crop Trust, overseeing the allocation and monitoring of funds from German and European donors, ensuring compliance with donor requirements, and working closely with partners to ensure financial transparency and accountability across multiple projects.

He holds an MBA in CSR & NGO Management from Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences (HBRS) and a BA in Accounting and Finance from IU International University of Applied Sciences (formerly IUBH). Mohammad has over five years of experience with the International Rescue Committee (IRC), where he focused on NGO accounting and project management. His professional interests include development work, sustainable finance, project management, and driving positive change in the sector.
