Paloma supports the Executive Director, Executive Board and key governance committees through high-level coordination and strategic operations.

Prior to joining the Crop Trust, she worked to advance child nutrition in the United States, contributing to initiatives focused on ending childhood hunger and advancing farm-to-school efforts.

Paloma brings a commitment to food justice and a focus on operational excellence and collaboration to her work across governance support, special projects and partnerships.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition from California State Polytechnic University and a Master of Public Administration from San Diego State University.
