Noviria holds an MSc in Agricultural Sciences and Resource Management from the University of Bonn, Germany. Prior to her master's studies, she worked as a cultivation manager on agricultural development projects in Indonesia, working closely with smallholder farmers. In 2024, she joined the Crop Trust as an intern and subsequently subsequently assumed her current role where she supports the team's activities and works closely with the Global Genebank Partnership Coordinator. Building on her background in agriculture, she is particularly passionated about crop diversity conservation, sustainable agriculture, and inclusive agricultural development.
