Victoria Sant

Victoria is Managing Director at the Investor Forum. The Investor Forum is a not for profit organisation set up to facilitate collective engagements with UK-listed companies, and counts amongst its members many of the UK’s largest investment firms.

Prior to this, she worked at the Wellcome Trust for ten years, where she managed the £20bn endowment’s portfolio of outsourced equity managers, and oversaw the governance aspects of the in-house managed equity holdings. She was also a member-nominated Trustee of the Wellcome Trust Pension Plan.

Victoria was a member of the investment committee of the National Trust for 12 years, part of the governance team overseeing the investment assets of the endowment portfolio.  She chaired the committee’s Stewardship and Engagement Working Group.  She has previously served as a Non-Executive Director of the Henderson Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc and an advisory board member at Ownership Capital B.V.

Victoria started her career in London as an investment consultant, providing advice to UK institutional clients.
