Zeynep’s responsibilities include advising on contracts and compliance, providing in-house legal advice, risk management, performing due diligence checks and advising on the management and monitoring of governance at the Crop Trust.

Zeynep studied law at Bilkent University, obtained her LL.M degree in International and European Labor Law from Tilburg University, and completed her Ph.D. in Public Law with a focus on economic and social rights at Bilkent University.

Before joining the Crop Trust, she spent several years in academia and then worked as an ESG and project consultant for companies, civil society organizations and international organizations in Turkey.
